• Registration is available to every student, researcher, professor or professional...
• Registration for the purpose of preparing the laboratory for your research... is strictly prohibited.

2 - Learning and training programs:

• The laboratory provides a set of research and technical programs...
• All programs are subject to a different time period as explained on our website.

5 - Our R&D Departments Terms and Conditions:

• Contact is available to any company aiming to develop its services or products or find solutions to difficulties it faces in all its departments.
• After contacting us, an interview date will be scheduled with the R&D department and laboratories involved in developing your service or products or resolving your problems
• if we reach a positive decision, a formal contract will be drawen up between us and the client company, signed by both parties.
• The Client company is required to provide some of the key administrative documents we require.
• After the Contract is signed between the two parties and we are considered a supplier to the client company, companies are required to pay a proportional amountof the total fees related to our services.
• Our department feesvary depending on eache company and it's requirements.

3 - Laboratory joining fees and lesson and program fees:

• After you are accepted... no fees paid can be refunded.
• The courses you participate in, you cannot refund their money...

4 - Use of lesson and program recordings:

All programs provided on our platform are not allowed for you to record without our written consent...

6 - Behaviors and Ethics

1 - The behavior of the laboratory towards the user:

• We do not have the right to defame the research of members...
• We do not have the right to defame the research projects...
• We do not have the right to defame the affiliated members except with their consent.

2 - The behavior of the user towards the laboratory:

• You are responsible for using our site in a legal and ethical manner.
• Do not use our platform to violate any intellectual property rights...
• Do not use our platform to share any offensive or illegal content.

3 - Our Client company's Behavior towards our R&D department:

• The Client company is responsible for respecting the contract between us.
• The Client company is responsible for using our website in a legal and ethical manner.
• Not using our platform toviolate any intellectual property rights or copyrights.
• Not using our platform to share any offensive or illegal content.

4 - The behavior of our R&D department's towards the Client Company:

• We are responsible for respecting the contract between us.
• We may not defame the company's requirments.
• We may not defame the compant without its consent.
• We may not defame the company's administrative documents.
